About Me

Hi! I’m Sharon Harmon, a mom and a frequency expert. I have a PhD in Holistic Health, but did not find out that I was a “sensitive” (and an empath) until I was an adult in my 30s. When I first found out, it helped explain many things I went through growing up. It also meant that my future child was likely going to be more energy-sensitive.

Over the years I have researched, experimented, and put into practice many things that make life for an energy-sensitive person easier to negotiate. Much of it was trial and error or learned the hard way. It allowed me to be better prepared when my sensitive son was born. I also share these tools and strategies with my clients.

I have tried and refined my techniques over the years working with other moms. Let me share what I have learned, so you have the tools to help your child and your family.
