About Me

Hi, I’m Sharon. I began noticing the effects of EMFs and electrical exposure in the 1990s, long before most people were talking about it.

It started in our first home, where outdated wiring impacted both my health and my husband’s sleep. Over time, as technology evolved, so did my symptoms—insomnia, brain fog, and sensitivities I couldn’t explain. Things like hot flashes, old Lyme-related symptoms, and a strong reaction to mold.

As someone who is highly sensitive, my body was responding earlier and more strongly than most. I had to find answers the hard way—through years of research, experimentation, and personal experience.

Now, I help others shorten that path. You don’t need to figure this out alone.
